Investigating - We are aware that schedule edits in Nexus are not working properly at this time. We ask that you hold off making any schedule changes, if possible, until we get this corrected.

If you have any time sensitive schedule changes that must be made today for League play today, Sunday 6/28/26, please contact the Nexus After Hours Emergency Hotline at 636-625-8611 ext. 5410. All other requests should be sent to nexus@poolplayers.com and a Support Services Team Member will assist you when the office opens again tomorrow.

Players Incorrectly Identified as Suspended in Nexus
Resolved - Tech Team to the rescue! This issue has been resolved.

Identified - We are aware that previously suspended players may be showing currently suspended in Nexus. The Tech Team is working to get this corrected as quickly as possible. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may cause. We will update this page as soon as it is corrected.

Scheduled - The following items will be addressed:

Issue when releasing scoresheets for multiple divisions - We think it's an issue caused by time outs so we increased the timeout period to allow more scoresheets to be released at one time

Matches not paid report - added Captain's name and cell number to the report and it's now exportable
