Scorekeeper Known Issues – Version 1.14.54
Investigating - We are currently working to resolve two known issues affecting some users of Scorekeeper version 1.14.54.
“Refresh Match” Error
When attempting to refresh a match, users may receive an error that includes the message “Missing variable ‘$id.’”

9-Ball Rack Review Errors
Some users may receive a “Whoops” error when attempting to open or enter information for certain previously played 9-Ball racks.
This issue affects version 1.14.54; the same racks may still be accessible on the previous version.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while these issues are resolved. We will provide another update when the fixes are available.

NEITHER error is a widespread issues stopping players from scoring.

Scorekeeper App Update now available in Apple Stores
Resolved - Follow up to yesterday's message regarding Lagging and Freezing in Scorekeeper.
The latest Scorekeeper update is now available in the Apple App Store.
A message will also be sent to players through Member Services explaining the performance fix and asking them to download the newest version of the app as soon as possible.

Scorekeeper freezing and lagging
Resolved - Lagging and Freezing in Scorekeeper while scoring. Scorekeeper Performance Update: Fix Identified and Rollout Beginning Today

About three weeks ago, we began receiving a small number of reports that Scorekeeper was lagging or freezing. The issue appeared to affect certain Android devices, but we also received reports of similar behavior from some iOS users.
The initial reports were limited and often did not include device type, operating system, date and time, screenshots, error messages, or details about what was happening in the app. Without that information—and with similar symptoms reported across both platforms—we could not immediately determine whether there was one underlying issue or several unrelated problems.
As more detailed reports became available, patterns began to emerge. Last week, we identified what we believe is the cause of the freezing and lagging affecting certain Android devices: an issue related to the app’s cache.
The fix and related improvements have now been completed and tested. Late last night, the release candidate passed Quality Assurance.
What happens next:
The Android update has been approved and will be released to all Android users today.
The iOS update is awaiting approval and will roll out gradually once approved.
Although the identified issue appears to be primarily responsible for the Android reports, the release includes broader cache-related improvements that could also improve performance for some iOS users.
Please install the update when it becomes available. We will monitor both platforms closely following the rollout. If you continue experiencing problems, please include your device type, operating system, date and time of the incident, screenshots or error messages, and what you were doing in Scorekeeper when the problem occurred.
