Fixed Roster Report player sorting issue.

New Player Report: Team Captain Tournament Eligibility. Displays team captains that are eligible to play in the National Team Captains Tournament including SLs, score counts in the last 5 sessions, and contact info. Report also includes Alt Division Captains with 20+ weeks of play.

New Player Report: Tournament Eligibility MP By Date Range. Displays active team members for the selected session and the number of standard weekly team matches they have played within the given date range.

Fix issue with total default score not holding for Non-Rated Players.
